17 AugTHE TERMINUS INITIATIVE began in 2002 as a community outreach initiative by a group of churches serving the Lowedges Estate on the southern edge of Sheffield.
This is an area that has experienced many problems, but with a strong sense of community and a desire to improve the quality of life here. We work with other community groups and agencies in order to deliver services.

Contract: Fixed term (until January 2018)
Salary: Grade 3 (£16,781 – £17,772)
Hours: Full time – 37 hours per week
Work Pattern: Flexi time, with shift patterns
Location: CHQ
An opportunity has arisen within our ICT team for an ICT Service Desk Administrator which will be based within our Headquarters in Sheffield.
The role is maximise the effective use of ICT systems and hardware by providing customer-focused user support, ensuring all support calls and service requests are logged and administered using the appropriate service desk software and working to any agreed Service Level Agreements.
You will need GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent, and a proven experience of Microsoft Office applications.
